EU Funds 2014-2020: Increasing the efficiency of communication activities – practical seminar in Warsaw Poland on 18-19 May 2016
27.04.2016
The seminar is built around practical experiences and case studies from various European Structural and Investment Fund programmes and is focused on learning and experience exchange on how to ensure and implement effective communication activities, such as local events, campaigns, social media and others.
The event will provide not only the opportunity to learn about case studies and experiences, but also opportunity to discuss and work together with colleagues on the practical challenges that EU fund communicators are facing, such as:
- What methods are used to improve cooperation with stakeholders and other EU fund communicators to efficiently deliver communications?
- How to narrow down specific target groups and how to approach and involve them?
- How to better use the potential of the project partners and beneficiaries in specific EU fund communication activities (in campaigns, local events, social media, etc)?
- How to organise successful local activities in the framework of wider strategy?
- What practical methods can be applied to measure the impact and efficiency of communication activities (event, campaign, etc.), especially for activities with smaller budgets?
